A project kick-off meeting was held in Prague on December 1, 2022, for the new Erasmus+ project called SociALL. The main aim of the meeting was to deal with the planning project results, to involve individual partners in their processing and, among other things, dissemination and project management.
Agenda:
All partners were physically present expect of MedicalScan that participated online due to the sickness of their representatives. JMSOC as the host of the meeting prepared and shared the agenda of the meeting, arranged environmentally-conscious and inclusive logistics for the meeting; moderated the meeting; presented the first draft of Quality Assurance, Monitoring, and Evaluation plan. After the meeting JMSOC also shared post-meeting minutes. Remaining partners arranged travelling and accommodation; prepare prior to meeting attendance any internal documents; expressed their respective organizational desiderata and expectations.
The meeting was great and in a relaxed atmosphere and we are looking forward to further cooperation.
