SociALL Project

Graz, Austria

14. 10., 4. 11., 6. 11. 2024

Our aim was to address as many levels of responsibility and professional levels as possible in order to achieve maximum dissemination and multiplication of the project results. Therefore NOWA organised 3 events. As nowa has an extensive network of local organizations and companies. Information about the activities and results of the SociALL project was sent to selected stakeholders and they were invited to the events.

  1. Leichter Leben” Hitzendorf
The main target groups were those responsible at a political level, ranging from the Styrian Provincial Councillor for Health, Care and Sport, over representatives of the Styrian rural development to relevant local political actors and care home managers from the public sector. Care professionals and experts were also reached.
  2. Graduating class of College for Nursing and Social Care
The main aim here was to reach young, motivated career starters via the teacher and thus establish access to communities of younger and migrant care staff in particular.
  3. Multiplier Event nowa
The City of Graz, Caritas and the Red Cross are among the most important employers in the care sector in Styria. In this ME, the aim was to inform these key players about the training offers and thus to reach a large number of employees in order to implement the project results sustainably.

In summary, the activities and results of SociALL were evaluated very positively. The low-threshold access, on the one hand via the topics, but also in the methodical didactic design of the documents, was particularly appreciated. It
was also emphasized that, due to the high workload of care staff, it is very important not to adapt them to digitalization, but to adapt the technology to the requirements of the professions. SociALL was attested to have achieved this very well and to have developed tools suitable for everyday use. It was also emphasized how important it is that the tools can be used at any time (QR code website). The results, but also the use of impact analysis, were rated particularly positively, as this is much more in line with practice than previously used evaluation methods.
