The multiplier event organized by JMSOC in Prague was a resounding success, achieving its goals of disseminating the SociALL project’s objectives and outputs to a local audience of care professionals and relevant stakeholders.

The agenda was well-structured, starting with a brief welcome note at 14:30, setting a positive tone for the event. The introduction to the project followed, effectively orienting participants to the scope and aims of SociALL. This laid a solid foundation for the discussions that followed.

One of the highlights was the presentation of the SociALL assessment of upskilling needs based on country-specific research, which provided valuable local context and demonstrated the project’s relevance to the Czech care sector. This was followed by an in-depth overview of the SociALL training material, which was well-received, with participants appreciating the practical applications of the resources provided.

The event also covered the SociALL piloting phase, offering insights into how the training package had been tested and refined, which generated a lively discussion among the attendees. The distribution of the SociALL booklet was a key element, giving participants tangible material to refer to after the event and aiding further dissemination.

The final session on international cooperation and funding opportunities for social services sparked meaningful dialogue on broader collaborations, giving attendees practical information to potentially apply in their work.

The event concluded with a coffee break, which allowed for informal networking, reinforcing connections among stakeholders and encouraging future partnerships. Overall, the event met its objectives of popularizing the SociALL project and engaging local stakeholders, marking a successful step towards the sustainability and wider impact of the project.
